complicated
pink lips now painted red
such sinful acts implied
skin flushed from dramatic
and passionate exploits
anchors on heart-strings
dropped fast and firm
while in the midst
of an entwined embrace
connections made through
touch and mind
bring out a longing
reserved only for
forbidden love
in deep and in doubt
and yet emotions continue
to fuel this pulse pounding alliance
attached to some true and ironic cliche
so lets complicate our lives
in such a manner that we are drawn to
with a stolen kiss and time
